Added Choice is a three-tier Point-of-Service (POS) employer group plan allowing your employees to receive care within Kaiser Permanente’s integrated care delivery system or obtain covered medical services through our network of contracted providers in Hawaii, or the Cigna PPO Network outside of Kaiser Permanente states, or receive care from any licensed non-contracted provider of their choice.
