- You can see Kaiser Permanente Hawaii physicians at any one of our 22 facilities on Oahu, Maui, Hawaii Island, and Kauai, and affiliated Kaiser Permanente physicians on Kauai, Lanai, and Molokai.

Call any licensed primary care provider’s office directly
- With non-Kaiser Permanente providers, you can work directly with any licensed primary care provider’s office statewide and on the U.S. mainland.*
- No referral or precertification is needed for office visits to non-Kaiser Permanente providers.
- Just remember that this option generally has the highest out-of-pocket costs.
